Target and Achievement of Supplier Chain management

Suppliers are important partners of EPi's sustainable development, affecting production, service and operation. EPi and suppliers jointly establish and develop a stable and competitive supply chain partner relationship. Through supplier selection, audit guidance, performance evaluation and training, based on cooperation, the sustainable requirements are implemented in the daily management of the supply chain middle. In addition to requiring suppliers to take into account product quality, service, delivery time, price and safety, EPi also takes factors such as environmental protection, corporate integrity management and social responsibility into the evaluation to comprehensively judge the supplier's operating performance and risks.

Sustainability Management
  • Key suppliers are required to sign the "Code of Ethics",
    "Confidentiality Agreement", "Supplier Quality Contract" and promise that the source of supply shall not use conflict minerals.
  • International certification such as ISO9001 or IATF16949 must be obtained for key suppliers.
    If it cannot be obtained in time, it is also required to establish a relevant timetable for obtaining verification.
  • Regularly evaluate the quality and supply risks of key raw materials according to supplier rating management and other related methods.
  • Conduct supplier risk assessment for key materials every year and propose countermeasures and counseling for high-risk suppliers.
  • Audit key suppliers at least once every two years, and provide guidance and continuous improvement management based on the audit results.
  • Continue to promote local procurement, assist local suppliers to improve technology and quality, and establish a highly efficient and competitive semiconductor industry chain.
  • When suppliers enter the factory, they follow the Labor Safety and Health Law and relevant regulations to implement safety education courses and publicity. Suppliers who need to obtain certification can perform related operations.
