Respect Human Rights

The company recognizes and abides by the principles proclaimed in international human rights conventions, including the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the United Nations Global Compact, and the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights) and "International Labor Organization" (International Labor Organization) and other international human rights conventions, and take actions consistent with the "Responsible Business Alliance Code of Conduct" (Responsible Business Alliance) to provide employees with fair and Safe working environment, treat and respect all stakeholders with dignity, eliminate any violations and violations of human rights, abide by local government labor laws, and fulfill the responsibility of management, publicity and risk reduction.

 

Scope of application

This policy is applicable to the company group and its sub-invested companies. Through the emphasis on human rights management, employees, suppliers, partners and our environment will be reduced to reduce human rights risks and impacts.

 

Management principles

  1. No discrimination in employment, implement the fairness of employment, salary, benefits, training, evaluation and promotion opportunities, and ensure that employees are not treated differently because of gender, race, nationality, religious belief, age, marriage, sexual orientation, political affiliation, etc. Work environment free from discrimination and harassment.
  2. No forced labor, no child labor:Comply with international human rights and local government labor laws and regulations, respect the right of employees to freely choose occupations, do not unreasonably restrict labor's freedom of movement in the workplace, and do not employ child labor without harsh and inhumane treatment.
  3. Legal working conditions:follow the labor laws and regulations of the company's location, abide by the legality of wages and working hours, specify the norms of working hours and extended working hours, care about and manage employees' attendance, and strive to help employees maintain a balance between work and life.
  4. Ensure freedom of association:Respect employees' rights to participate in various trade unions and social organizations and activities and abide by the law.
  5. Emphasis on labor-management relations:Hold regular labor-management meetings, hold employee relations and seminars to establish diverse and benign communication and interaction channels to promote harmonious labor-management relations.
  6. Set up a complaint mechanism:set up a complaint and feedback management mechanism, methods and a confidential hotline to handle related cases through dedicated personnel and the complaint committee, so that suppliers, business partners and other stakeholders can give feedback to the company or report suspected violations.
  7. Emphasize information security and privacy protection, establish a comprehensive information security, intellectual property and privacy protection management mechanism, implement and protect the relevant rights and interests of all stakeholders, and strictly implement control and protection measures.
  8. Follow professional ethics, formulate and publicize the code of professional ethics for employees, and strive to pursue business ethics, fair competition, and honest management to prevent conflicts of interest and private interests, purchase minerals responsibly, abide by the law, and respect social culture.
  9. Establishing a healthy and safe workplace:specifying relevant measures for environmental management operations, providing a healthy, safe, hygienic, environmentally friendly, and energy-saving working environment and education and training, effectively implementing emergency response drills, and striving to reduce various hazards and risks in the workplace environment, and maintaining the integrity of all stakeholders Physical and mental health.
