Competitive Compensation

  1. Competitive Compensation and Benefits:
    • EPi regards its employees as the most important assets of the company and provides a competitive overall compensation and benefit package to attract excellent talent to join us.
    • EPi overall compensation is based on each colleague's job responsibilities and requirements, professional knowledge and skills, performance and long-term commitment, and combined with the company's operating goals to integrally set up the total package。There is no discrimination based on gender, race, religion, political affiliation, or marital status.
  2. Comprehensive Insurance Coverage Program:
    • Besides providing various types of insurance benefits and pensions according to regulations, EPi provides employees with complete group insurance in oder to improve the work and living security of colleagues.
  3. Comprehensive Pension Plans:
    • EPi's pension system is established in accordance with the Labor Pension Ordinance and protects the retirement rights of employees under the old system who are subject to the Labor Standards Act, or employees under the new system who are subject to the Labor Pension Ordinance. For employees who are subject to the old system, the employer will contribute 2% to 15% of the employee's total monthly salary to the labor retirement reserve fund account on a monthly basis. The account is earmarked for special use, and the ownership belongs to the employer, and the Bank of Taiwan (Trust Department) handles the fund's receipts, payments, custody and use. When an employee meets the retirement conditions and applies for pension from the employer, the employer can pay it from the labor retirement reserve account. For colleagues who are subject to the new system, in addition to the employer's monthly contribution of 6% of salary to pension, they can voluntarily contribute pension within the range of 6%, and the full amount will be deducted from the total personal comprehensive income of the current year. The ownership of this special account belongs to labor.

    • Facilitate the training of new recruits through counselors. Through related systems such as training and certification, manage and save employee training and learning records.

    • Provide language and on-the-job repair assistance, encourage colleagues to transfer technology/transfer training, participate in proposals, etc. to inherit and share knowledge, and improve self-development and learning capabilities.

  1. If EPi has major operational changes, it will handle the notification procedures in accordance with laws and regulations to ensure that employees enjoy the protection of advance prediction.
  2. The company provides multiple communication channels to collect opinions from employees in various aspects. Employees can use labor-management meetings, employee welfare committee meetings, occupational safety and health committee meetings, food committee meetings, work and management meetings, employee relationship activities, symposiums, training courses... etc., to participate in discussions and express opinions; you can also make use of the employee feedback line, special area, e-mail box, and performance management system to put forward suggestions and appeals, and handle relevant cases through dedicated personnel and appeal committees to achieve the goal of full communication and problem solving , and protect the safety and rights of relevant personnel.
