Quality policy

The company adheres to the concept of quality first, and is willing to make every effort to provide excellent semiconductor epitaxy and process services to customers around the world, and to establish long-term partnerships. In order to achieve the above goals, the following quality policies need to be implemented:

Customer Rights Policy and Complaint Procedures

To ensure comprehensive protection of customer rights — including customer product property, information, and cybersecurity — EPi has incorporated the “Customer Rights Policy” within its “Customer Satisfaction Service SOP.” Besides conducting regular and ad hoc business visits, we maintain close interactions with customers monthly to better understand their market needs, product requirements, and service expectations, thereby achieving optimal service efficiency. We also place great importance on understanding customer satisfaction with EPi’s products and services. This is achieved through regular engagement, annual satisfaction surveys, and ongoing feedback collection, followed by improvement actions and result tracking to continuously enhance service quality and protect customer interests.
For customer complaints regarding products, services and rights, EPi has also established a “Customer Complaint Handling Procedure.” When a complaint is received, sales personnel immediately relay the information to the relevant departments to initiate prompt investigation and response in a timely manner. The effectiveness of the corrective and preventive measures is reported back to the customer on schedule. Complaints and inquiries may be submitted through sales representatives or by contact channel below.
