Execution situation
- Assist the board of directors or its committees in drawing up annual work plans and meeting agenda, and collect, study, analyze or provide relevant information.
- To put forward analytical opinions on the legality, appropriateness and feasibility of the bills deliberated by the board of directors or its committees for the reference of the board of directors or its committees.
- Ensure that the operation of the board of shareholders, the board of directors and the committees established by the board of directors of the company does not violate the laws, articles of association, resolutions of the board of shareholders and the corporate governance standards of the company.
- Supervise the business related to the shareholders' meeting, and be responsible for the general administrative affairs such as the convening, notice, meeting and minutes of the board of directors and its committees.
- Draw up the schedule of the board meeting, notify the directors seven days in advance, call the meeting and provide the meeting materials, and complete the minutes of the board meeting within 20 days after the meeting.
- To evaluate and take out appropriate liability insurance for directors, supervisors and managers.
