Privacy Protection

EPi values privacy protection and has established a "Personal Data Protection Policy" based on the "Personal Data Protection Act" and its enforcement rules as the highest principle of privacy protection. This policy applies to all Epi’s employees, customers, suppliers, etc., and clearly specifies regulations and requirements regarding the use and processing of personal data. To promote and implement the protection of personal data, the Human Resources Department is responsible for establishing and promoting the personal data protection system to ensure that this policy can be implemented and allocate appropriate resources.
We regularly incorporate personal data and privacy protection into employee education and training, and have established a complaint channel. As of the end of 2025, the company has not experienced any major personal data leakage incidents.

Implementation of Privacy Protection
