Environmental Safety and Sanitation Policy

EPi based on the concept of sustainable operation, staying abreast of global climate change trends, strive to protect the earth and environment, advocate green manufacturing, energy saving and carbon reduction, enhance safety and health, prevent injury and ill health, minimize the environmental impact of our products and activities, and eliminate hazard and reduce OH&S risks, and create a safe, healthy and comfortable working environment.
Through the participation and consultation of all workers, with continuous improvement, due diligence and periodically review, to achieve the goal of comply with applicable legal requirement, protect environment, maintain a healthy safety atmosphere, and sustainable growth of enterprises.

Measures to protect employee personal safety and working environment

  1. The company has set up an Industrial Safety Department to handle the planning, implementation and review of factory safety and health management work, and continues to improve various safety and health measures to create a safe and healthy working environment.
  2. In order to enable colleagues to correctly understand the hazard factors and preventive measures in various operations, various safety and health education, training, publicity and drills are conducted regularly or irregularly every year to enhance colleagues' operational safety awareness and adaptability.
  3. Conduct employee health examinations and health promotion activities (such as healthy weight loss, health lectures...), and provide the latest health information to care for and improve employees' physical and mental health.
  4. Regularly entrust a professional agency to perform operating environment monitoring every six months, classify similar exposed groups and establish their exposure status, carry out hierarchical management of chemicals based on exposure assessment results, and adopt relevant protective measures and operational controls to provide employees with a safe and comfortable working environment. Maintain the physical and mental health of employees.
  5. Formulate an annual automatic inspection plan, formulate inspection items covering hazard prevention for various machinery and equipment according to the needs of each unit, and implement a supervision and inspection mechanism to prevent accidents and comply with regulatory requirements.
